Role Overview:
Ensure that products meet quality and performance standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
- Inspect and test products at various stages of production.
- Identify defects and suggest corrective actions.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management.
- Conduct root cause analysis for product failures and implement preventive measures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with tools like FMEA, SPC, and control plans.
