Role Overview:
Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement production processes and systems.
- Optimize production schedules to meet deadlines.
- Monitor machinery and ensure it operates efficiently.
- Collaborate with quality engineers to maintain product standards.
- Implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and improve productivity.
- Troubleshoot production issues and resolve them promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Knowledge of production planning software and tools.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
